Christmas, New Year’s, 7-night minimum.
Maximum occupancy 6 guests. $50 per person, per night, for additional guests.
Stays over 7 nights receive a mid-stay clean at no charge.
Additional cleanings can be purchased at $15/hour per maid, minimum of 2 maids.
Metered A/C is available throughout the villa for appx $0.49/kw hour.
10% tax additional
